Refund & Exchange Policy

📦 Returns

  • Eligibility: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Non-returnable items: Clearance items, personalized products, and items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at idealsoulhome@hotmail.com  with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.


🔄 Exchanges

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to replace it at no extra cost.

  • Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery by emailing idealsoulhome@hotmail.com and including photos of the issue.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • We do not accept walk-in returns. All returns must be requested through email.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • For furniture or large items, please take care when repacking — items damaged during return transit may not qualify for a full refund.
